Called about a Marvin window I want to replace due to moisture in the sash. Talked to Jeremy and gave him all the information: make, model, dimensions; he said he would talk to Marvin and find out how they would like for him to proceed, replace or repair, and then get back to me. A week and a half goes by and I haven’t heard so I give a call. Once I get to Jeremy he tells me he has no information about the window. «Lets have it again»; Thanks but, NOTHANKS.

I should begin by saying I’m not a fan of the«big box stores» for a variety of reasons: impersonal service, if at all; poorly trained employees who don’t know what they are selling, etc… For all these reasons, Maki gets my business: personal service, knowledgeable employees, old-fashioned attention to detail.
