I get regular massages from Rich who is the Spa Manager of Seaon’s Spa. Because I live in Stuarts Draft I mostly get my massages at Rich’s Harrisonburg location but the Season’s Spa in Lurray is a very nice facility. Rich uses different techniques from other massage therapists that I’ve been too. Every massage I have had from Rich has been pain free and extremley effective with eliminating the lower back pain I had been experiencing from sitting for prolonged periods of time. Rich has a great personality and is extremley friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend Rich as a massage therapist especially if you have trouble with pain.
