I have been in this store and made purchases around 5 times. The customer service is over the top! They explain, recommend, help you find, make suggestions and more. One gentleman even filled out the rebate card, addressed an envelop and gave me another copy of the receipt! That is over the top and worthy of my time to tell others. This is a great place with great deals and outstanding customer service.

Great service and lots of new and cool products. We have used them for all sorts of batteries and light bulbs. Most recently, my car battery died and they were able to install a new one in just a few minutes and I was on my way. They’re very knowledgeable and always helpful.

Fantastic customer service! My car battery was showing signs of dying and I ordered a battery for the first time from Batteries Plus. Brian called me to confirm that he got my order and to ask when I could come to get it installed. I showed up after work and it was as smooth and easy as it can get. Super friendly staff and very professional. The extra bonus was that he already had an envelope filled out with the mailing address to send in my mail-​in rebate! I will definitely return here for any future battery needs!

This place is awesome. Wasn’t sure if I needed a battery or starter. But these two guys Brian and Dave I believe were their names definitely had my back. They are the perfect example of customer service. They came out tested my old battery to make sure that was the problem. It wasnt about getting a sale, they genuinely cared about my issue. They even put the new battery in FREE of charge… Thanks guys you rock!!!
