Walked in and the place was disorganized with electronics here and there.
Brought appliance home after one week at their shop, still not working!!!
I don’t think anything was done!!!
Saving grace is — it’s still under warranty

The temperature control unit in our 2003 Toyota Highlander stopped working, and we were only getting really hot air from the vents. Google and YouTube told me it was a common problem with the circuit board, and there are repair places on eBay that will fix it if you mail the unit to them. I was able to remove the unit from the dashboard but wasn’t super comfortable with the idea of mailing such an important part, plus I prefer to support local businesses. After calling several electronics repair shops, I found Precision Electronics. John agreed to look at it, so I dropped it off. As it turns out, he had fixed one just like it before. After a few days and a reasonable repair fee, I had the re-soldered unit back in my hands and then back in the car. And it works! Thanks so much John!

Ever so slow!!! Kept our turntable over a month (it would have been longer if I hadn’t upped the phone calls from once a week to once a day). When they said it was ready, I went to pick it up, it still didn’t work. John giggled the cord, gave me a different one said it was now fine. I took it home, it still didn’t work and when I brought it back (for another week) they returned it without the new cord they’d given me. Very expensive, look elsewhere for your repair needs.

Precision? What is precise about this place? I had a late 50’s vintage Telefunken HiFi console that needed help. I called to find out whether they worked on tube units and was told indeed they did, so off to the rear shop with my HiFi. After being promised that I’d get a call within a week, I heard from them more than 2 weeks later… and I was told they couldn’t fix it because they don’t work on tube units. WTF? Serious?
An Unethical business that shouldn’t be in business.
STAY AWAY!!!
