30 minute wait for a urine test with only two people in front of me. Which I wouldn’t have minded THAT much, but the customer service was horrible. The woman who took my sample berated me in front of coworkers and customers because I washed my hands after I finished the sample. A few minutes later she handed me my ID and I asked if I was good to go, and she yelled AGAIN and told me I was being salty because I wasn’t listening to her. I told her she was just grumpy and should lighten up and she of course didn’t take that too well. I was nothing but polite the entire time, even while being yelled at. I’ll never go back there thanks to that screeching hag Barbara Kane.

Pretty surprised by the fast service. I arrived twenty minutes early to my appointment. I ended up waiting for less than 10 minutes and was actually seen before my actual appointment time. Felt compelled to go online a write a positive review for once.

First time visitor, as I’ve previously gone to LabCorp for bloodwork. They have a clean, quiet waiting room and efficient(and friendly!) front desk person. It took about 40 minutes with 6 or so people in front of me, and the experience was more to-the-point(and less friendly) once I headed back to have my blood drawn. The technician wasn’t interested in pleasantries, immediately told me how much money I owed, made me sign some forms, and got right to the blood draw. I asked a question about how long it would take for results and got a very snappy, «24 to 48 hours.»(I’m sure they get that question all day every day, it just came across making me feel like I asked something silly). Aside from that, the process was quick and relatively painless– so I achieved what I came for… Overall? Average experience, nothing special, but not sure I can/should expect more for a routine blood test.

Went through the effort of scheduling an appt, but I was helped as if I was a walk in. So why bother?
