Ridgely Wines & Spirits

I recently contacted them for a particular flavored Schnapps that is not the easiest to find, and I was completely disgusted with how I was treated. First off, the reason I called them to begin with was because I purchased this liquor from them before and was very pleased with the pricing I was given … when I called this time Dave/​the Manager felt the need to mark up the price by $ 4.50 per bottle! And, let me add I was interested in purchasing more than 5 bottles. Then when I go to contact him back about this pricing issue (after about 5 or 6 phone calls saying he’s busy, or he’s with a salesperson, or with a distributor, blah blah blah), the young man who answers tells me that Dave is too busy and that was the price of the liquor. Pretty much take it or leave it … so, needless to say I left it! I ended up contacting another liquor store (Shawan Liquors) who were very accomodating and helpful, and even though they were still slightly higher priced than the original amount I paid, it was well worth the customer service I received … Never again Ridgely Wines & Spirits!

This is a compact wine and spirits store tucked into the elbow of the Ridgely shopping center. It has a decent selection of beer, wine and liquors including domestics and some imports. It’s a great place to pick up some beer, wine and liquor for a party or everyday. Maybe everyday should be a party? They are helpful and will be glad to help you take your purchases to your car.
They even have frozen shrimp and sometimes coupons for beer and wine show up in the Towson Times.
