Typical carrabas. Nothing fancy here.
Wait staff was attentive and food came out within a decent time from ordering.
Prices do seem to be going up as the portions shrink.
I would like to once order a chicken parm where it isn’t over cooked.

They need to find a manager that actually participates in the management of the restaurant. It sucks when you’re told 45 minutes and then an hour later your told another 30 minutes because of their mistake. Note there are other restaurants nearby.

I have been a Carrabas customer for at least 10 years. Their prices continue to climb, while portions decrease. Entrées used to include 2sides and a choice of salad or soup, are now limited to one side, with an up charge for fettuccine Alfredo as your one side choice. Ridiculous! The pasta measured less than a cup, and the double chicken breast was the size of a normal half chicken breast. Very disappointed in what used to be favorite dinner of mine for many years.

Yeah! Carrabba’s is no longer a test kitchen. Back to being my favorite restaurant. Lots of great servers there too… Joe is one of our favorites!

I gave this locations 4 stars as the location is very nice, clean updated interior, and the food was pretty good too. We had the Parmesan crusted chicken, moist and tender, the wood grilled fish was fresh and tasty. The shrimp scampi appetizer was excellent! It was my favorite. The service was excellent! I’ll be back.

Thought we would try a new location. Very upset that my daughter ordered salad with no onions, she is allergic. Salad has onions, not even 45 seconds and they bring back same salad with still pieces of onions. They tried to pick them off. Well, they missed a few and thank god or we would be having a full blown allergic reaction. Manager came by, not really understanding, did her little song and dance and off she went. Will not dine here again. Server was pleasant

This location is consistently good. I really like the chicken Parmesan and Caesar salad and my children enjoy the kids menu selections. It’s good for a quick family meal that has yet to disappoint. No it’s not exceptional because it’s chain, but it will do in a pinch.

I go to Carrabba’s often and am never disappointed. The food is always delicious and service is outstanding.
Consistent quality has all of the other chain Italian restaurants beat. Prices are moderate portions and quality are good. Very few items are pre– cooked or frozen. Most everything including mmost vegetables are fresh. Staff is friendly but not intrusive. Overall a good experience.
Also if you sit in front of where they cook its first come first serve.

First time at any Carrabba’s and our experience was so positive (plenty of good food that was nicely plated, friendly wait service, especially Chelsea, they accepted our phone app coupons, and we were seated immediately on a particularly busy evening) that we went to another Carrabba’s later the same week. Can’t beat that!

Why 4 Stars? Our Server Joe was extremely knowledgeable on the menu. He was polite throughout the entire service. Strong dining etiquette not only to us, but also overheard him conversing with is other tables as well. Not sure if the credit is owed to Carrabba’s for great training or if he set forth the effort to excel in his job. Either way major Kudos!
Food was good, not the best Italian I’ve had. Service definitely gets five stars though!
Place was clean and staff seemed to help each other out.

Went to Carraba’s tonight for take out. After finding out that almost everything I was planning on ordering is not served at this location due to the new «tasting menu» concept, I still reluctantly ordered. $ 90 for take-​out.
Well, to be fair, most of the meal was decent, up to my expectations for this restaurant. But see the comments below regarding the mozzarella bites — horrendous. The portions seem to be a little smaller, but that’s a very common strategy these days, so while I don’t like it, I get it.
The problem is the menu selections are VERY different from the typical menu. This may work for them, but not for me. Carraba’s is good for what it is, but now that its not what it was, it will be a long time, if ever, before I go back.
Finally, Mozzarella bites — AWFUL. HORRIBLE. INEDIBLE. They are balls of breading with some cheese infused to hold it together. They were so bad, that was the factor which compelled me to write this review.

Essentially your typical Carrabbas, which already sets the bar high. Add to that a very friendly staff, and consistently well-​executed food, and this is one of their star locations.
In short, Carrabbas is already a great chain, and this is an excellent example.

So this is the carrabas we go out of our way to go to BC u can eat outside. If u must eat chain food, find a reliably good one. They are now one of the restaurants in the chain to pilot test a new menu. So far its been pretty good. Highly recommend the carpaccio appetizer. The veal chop was huge, cooked perfectly and the Gorgonzola sauce was not too overpowering and actually complementary. The cavatapi Franco was dry and unappealing but considering the overall meal it is forgiveable. The service was GREAT. friendly staff accommodated even our most annoying requests.

It’s carrabas. I wish they had price friendly options as I feel that I pay almost as much there as I do at a high end steak house with lower quality food.
Staff is friendly and the food is okay. The portions are smaller than ever an despite several requests for «drowning in sauce» the lasagna comes out almost dry. Apparently they use 1.5 ounces. Need to triple that, son.
