Well color me impressed. I’m steadily let down by the service at golf stores when it comes to demos and fittings. Worked with Bobby for almost 2 hours tonight on a driver fitting and never once did I feel rushed or awkward. He made suggestions and was totally open to trying anything I asked for. By the end I was totally satisfied and must admit I had a lot of fun with Bobby during the process. Great experience today.

Ive always stopped to test out new clubs because they have a virtual golf set up in the back of the store. You try new clubs or used and have never been rushed or felt like they we’re trying to sell me on something. Even if you don’t by anything… Hey its cheaper than going to the driving range lol

Stopped in just because I have heard so much about this establishment from friends. I was looking for a gift for a friend & I am by no means any kind of golfer. The staff were Profesional and friendly. They really tried to help me find the perfect gift in my budget. I appreciated them not trying to over sell me & blow my budget. It appears to be a nice clean store, with a lot of golf parifenallia and staples. It ended up being a painless process. I appreciated the input, as I am no golfer. I feel good about my gift & think it will be appreciated. What’s a girl to do? Ya buy presents that you want people to love, my opinion is not important.

I received horrible customer service from the manager Paul at this store. I bought a new putter from the clearwater location and exchanged it for a used putter at the lutz store. When I went to return the used putter I got, the store manager Paul advised the receipt shows the putter I brought in was used, which is wrong, and then he tells me the putter I got from the lutz store was new, which is wrong. They really don’t have their act together!
