One of the worst nail salons I’ve been in. The color selection was minimal and limited to cheap brands. The nail techs seemed very inexperienced, spoke very broken English and all had horrible attitudes! The water in the pedicure tub was freezing and when I asked for it to be warmer she said they only had warm water «in the morning time». The techs all had to be instructed on how to do our nails and toenails and they had to be told two and three times because either they didn’t understand us or they weren’t listening or paying attention. Their prices were that of a higher end salon but the atmosphere did not match. Things were very rushed and disorganized and everyone was rude and seemed bothered by the customers. I will not ever return here!

I’ve been to My’s twice now and both times there has been a little wait… but it’s worth it. Staff is very nice and polite to everyone who walks in. Had a deluxe pedi. The foot massage was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Not a spa. By far the worst mani I ever had! No one has hurt me more doing my REAL NAILS in 19 years! Now they are all broken peeling off the shellac after a week!!! I’m new in town and my regular place «popular nails Carlsbad ca» would take their time and soak my nails gently file with fine emery board NOT the black for acrylics! This older lady from Tampa at this location did my nails. Unfriendly, slow, and rough! OMG rough and now my real nails are all broke and short! I thought this was going to be a nice place because of reviews! BS! Nice punch card, not, I’d rather punch the lady that ruined my natural nail.

Got a $ 35 deluxe pedicure, it was pretty good, place was clean, but the guy didn’t seem like he had any personality, kind of blah didn’t talk much.

I loved getting my pedicure. However when it came to getting a full set of pink and whites. I wish I didn’t. First of all the young man doing my nails was rude to me and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say about how I liked my nails. I said short very short because of my job. Well I didn’t get that at all. Then they were all uneven and I would point that out and he would then tell me they match. Which they didn’t. I am very unsatisfed with my nails to the point I want to take them off after only one day.

Fell in love with this place 5 minutes after I got there. They were so friendly, helped me dry out from the rain outside, offered drinks, and the lady who did my pedicure was so detail-​oriented and extremely friendly. I had no idea this place existed but its going to be my go-​to from now on. Good prices too, not expensive at all!

Great service! Very clean, friendly, and cheap! Regular price for a standard pedicure is only $ 18, but I paid cash and got $ 3 off during today’s special! They included a hot stone massage with moisturizing which was a nice surprise, too. I’d go again and again and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Best nail salon in the area. My is so nice. The place is clean and the prices are good. The pedicure is great, worth the extra money for the deluxe. If you have any problems with their work just let My know, she is all about customer service and making sure you are happy.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST nail salon I have ever been to! Family run My, Tina and her entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful! Not to mention it is always clean and very sanitary. The offer refreshments, it always smells good and my nails and toes come out looking FABULOUS! I have been to 20 or more nail places in the area and I have Never been so happy! On top of all that the prices are also AMAZING. Give yourself a treat and try My’s out, you will not be disappointed! ps-​to Samantha, if you were unhappy and had just talked to My she is quick to fix anything and take care of her customers.
