Second time ordering breakfast to go. The nice lady that waited on us (might be the owner) hooked us up with everything we needed for our to go order. Gave us a cup of coffee while we waited for our food. Good home cooking. Had the cheese grits and eggs today. They were delicious. Used real cheddar cheese and the grits were cooked to perfection. Love that it is a local favorite.

This place makes McDonalds food look good. I got the tiny burger it looks like it was pure pink slime, it was hard and had no flavor. my kids got the short stack the only good thing about it was the side of bacon that we added on for an extra cost. my husband got the chicken fried chicken sandwich and he said it was not nearly as good as it was the last time when he went 5 years ago.
Not only was the food horrible but after tip we spent close to $ 50
This money was not spent well.

Great Mom/​Pop place! Loved the original owner (Nancy), but the new owners have kept the same menu. Good food and good service… all for a reasonable price!

You can’t find places like this anymore. Amazing food that is truly home style. The food tastes amazing and the prices are good. No lines when you get there early, prompt service, and a cozy atmosphere. This is the mom and pop restaurant you are searching for!

Tiny. Clean. Food not bad. The place stunk of deep fryer grease. They are strictly a breakfast & lunch place, only open til 2pm. They brought my food to the table about 5 minutes before my friend got his. I’m all for supporting small business, but you’d be better off going to Perkins or Village Inn.

My son and I were looking for a «mom & pop dive». Nancy’s fit the bill perfectly. Nancy waited on us in a resturant about the size of most family kitchens. We ate at the bar and enjoyed down home cooking and service. if you want a non-​chain experience, eat here.
