Pep Boys

Went in for a quote for tires. Adam E. greeted me & I gotta say he has to be the friendliest & most personable guy I’ve ever encountered at any auto related business. Also very informative & showed me the screens he was looking at for brands & availability that fit my car. Price was right, so I went ahead & had the tires installed. The job was done in only about half the anticipated time. I will definitely go back when it’s time for routine maintenance, etc.
PS: The manager (also named Adam) was very nice, too.

I’m thoroughly impressed with this location. Exceptional customer service, by my tech John. The location was clean and extremely comfortable, will definitely return. Oh ps the old Hot Rod Magazines were fun to look through while I waited.

I had a great experience at the new Pep Boys! They had great customer service and the managers were professional and friendly. I came in for 4 new tires and after looking at my car they told me I only really needed 2 rear tires. They explained to me about the tread wear and tear and even came out and showed me on my car! I was very happy that they saved me money by informing me I only needed 2 tires and not 4. I will definetly be making this my new auto repair center! Thanks John and Adam for the great customer service and honest opinion of what my vehicle really needed and not just trying to make an extra buck!

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation last week. What a mistake. Talk about high pressure sales tactics. My car had been to the dealer for some routine service week 2 weeks earlier, and was completely checked out. As I was in the waiting room waiting for my car to get done (which took 1 ½ hours, and there were only 2 other cars there), John the manager came to me and gave me a list of things that were wrong with my car, including the front brakes which were supposedly bad. The Toyota dealer had just replaced them 3 months ago!!! He was rude, arrogant, and was pressuring me to replace the brakes right now, because he said they were dangerous. I left as soon as I could, and went to Wesley Chapel Toyota, and had the brakes checked, and guess what? They said they were fine! That’s the last time I’ll EVER go to Pep Boys.

I went here to get a new battery just after it opened and I was just as impressed with this new location as the Pep Boys I normally go to. Quick service, great prices, nice waiting area with wifi, and they were respectful and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need (a MAJOR plus to me). Right around the corner, they are everything I look for in a car place – I will definitely be back!
