The ownership & staff have done a phenomenal job. The food is fresh, reasonably priced & the service is great. We went in for lunch 2 days ago and it was delicious.
It’s nice to have a beautiful place that delivers quality in Lutz!

New ownership and management have turned this place around. They offer a great variety of menu items as well as special events. Our family loves the Thursday night «family night». It’s buffet style and kids eat free. Regular items are still available during these events. There is live music on Saturday nights and wine specials the second Friday of each month. If you’ve been disappointed in the past, give the NEW Prime 19 at try.

Excellent quality, many choices, great atmosphere and friendly staff. This is by far our favorite restaurant.

The chefs are great and very accommodating to our child’s peanut/​treenut allergy.

Prime 19 has a new owner that really understands the wants and needs of people. I went in with my kids for college rivalry football to have wings and Stella on tap. Wings with Old Bay spice are delicious
also tried the chipotle — tasty too!
Lots if great burgers and salads as well as plenty of screens for sports viewing.

Rude server, throws napkins on table and gives us empty ketchup bottle. She’s obviously not busy as we are the only ones in restaurant, yet she brings in a water pitcher so she doesn’t have to refill our waters && can stay on her phone and computer
She’s rushing us to order food in a b****y manne .
I have been here few times unfortunately because it’s in my neighborhood but the staff is aweful! Very upsetting to be treated that way. I am putting 1 star because the food is ok but nothing exceptional about it.
Hopefully new management and more bearable staff will be put in place.

Horrible experience! We made reservations for breakfast with Santa. After finishing breakfast we were told he wouldn’t be coming for another hour. The manger told us there was nothing he could do. A 60 dollar buffet with gratuity automatically included and our kids never got to see Santa. We will not be returning.
