I had a terrible experience in hair coloring at this place. The owner did not pay attention to what she was doing, as she was talking non-​stop with another client the whole time. This was annoying, but what really got me mad was that she missed a whole patch of gray hair at my temple, near my forehead, which was visible even to me. At first she tried to blame me, and then apologized and offered a refund.
I would not recommend this place unless if you love gossiping/​evesdropping while getting your hair ruined.

I had the owner cut my hair. She attacked my hair like the cartoon tasmanian devil. She was distracted half of the time, which really upset me. Regardless, I walked out of there feeling like my hair cut was great and exactly what I wanted. When I got home, I noticed a huge lock of hair that had gone unnoticed when she was adding in some light layers. It was such an obvious flaw, that I had to cut it myself, which wasn’t such a great idea as it was a layer in the front. That really pissed me off. Had she not been talking to someone else for the last half of the haircut, this could have been avoided.

I’ve been going here for a year and Amelia has done a great job with eyebrow waxing. Most salons do your waxing at the shampoo station in front of the whole salon. At Spa Bella, they have rooms where you lie down and relax while they play music and pamper you. If you need a good waxer, call Amelia!
