New in town so I had to go to the closest place that had a notary. I had to have a an affidavit printed out from my email, sign it, have it notarized and faxed immediately. What a nice experience.

It’s been a couple of months since my experience at this location (I’m fairly new to Unilocal). I went in with a job application that I wanted to send next day delivery. I had the address provided by the employer (which did not contain a street address, only a building and zip code). The owner waited on me and turned me away saying they couldn’t send my package without a street address. No offer to Google it or try to figure it out. I went to the US post office who did offer help and discovered that the prospective employer (a university) had a zip code of their own and thus a street address was unnecessary. I couldn’t imagine that a package delivery company would turn anyone away wanting to mail a… package. Poor customer service!

Be very careful as they fail to tell you everything. I paid for a international package and the person told me I can track the package which is incorrect they can only track until Miami. The package has been lost for two weeks and when I called the guys said call USPS because that who they handed it to and they hand to the mail in the other country.
I asked about the tracking and he said you decide to go with the cheaper shipping. Pretty much telling me oh well if I would have paid more he would have cared. Package would have still gone in the same method. POOR customer service because I was told that I could track the package. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
