One of the best vegan /​vegetarian health conscious concepts I have been too anywhere in the USA. This is really a hidden gem of nepa. You will not be disappointed !

Such a nice find. I’m a vegan but don’t have much experience with raw food. The food is interesting. It’s a whole different thing than we are used to, but it’s pretty tasty.
The people are very, very nice here and the prices are based in reality, which is nice. Sometimes these raw food places are super expensive for not a lot of food.
I had the «cheese sandwich,» which really isn’t a sandwich at all, but more of a big cracker with lots of really tasty fresh food on top. Loved it. Surprisingly filling too.
I’ll be stopping in again without a doubt.

I’m a huge meat aficionado, sampling BBQ, tacos, and steaks on four continents and numerous islands, countries, and states. So when the restaurant with the highest star rating was vegan, I was intrigued. I chatted with the owner, and he recommended the tacos. I placed an order, and was blown away. If I had not known that they were vegan, I likely would not have guessed. They tasted better and meatier than some of the tacos I’ve had out there, and that is impressive. Enchanted by the magic, I decided to try the tuna. While quite good, I could definitely tell that it was not tuna. I then chowed down a couple of the chocolate cookie dough balls, which while a bit dry, were delicious with a gulp of water. If I am ever in the area, I’m certainly coming back, as great food without the guilt, is a great thing.
What is even more impressive, is that 6 hours later, I still did not feel hungry. I wish they would franchise, and open up nationwide, as the the place would do really well anywhere.

So glad to find this gem! Three of us stopped in for lunch. I had a migraine and the «Be Here Now» (lemon ginger apple juice) wiped it out. My friends were enthusiastic about their choices, the Cheese Sandwich and the Lasagna. I’m visiting this week from California and looking forward to my next visit so I can come here again!

Atmosphere, food, and service were all exceptional. We ordered the avotizer, tacos, veggie burger, a cinnamon bun smoothie, and an apple/​orange/​grapefruit juice. Just moving back to the area from Cali, it was such a nice surprise to find a raw/​vegan restaurant/​juice bar in NEPA. I honestly never thought I would see the day. The prices are really reasonable for the quality of ingredients. We will definitely be back. My only critique would be that the restaurant was hard to find. Perhaps a larger sign or a banner might help patrons locate you a bit easier.

Hands down, this is my favorite vegetarian /​raw /​vegan restaurant. It’s really tasty, healthy food that you feel so good about eating. For this quality and type of food, the prices are reasonable and the staff knowledgeable and very friendly. I usually go for the avocado sandwich and lasagna and split it with someone. The smoothies make for a great dessert too. I wish them success in the future because they really deserve it!

Exceptional raw, vegan, organic food! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices are great. I have eaten raw vegan food in NYC, San Francisco, and Boston, but Nucleus is my favorite restaurant. I have brought carnivore friends here, and they have enjoyed their meals tremendously! If you’re not sure what to order, try the tacos! They also make great smoothies, and their pumpkin pie is awesome!

Nucleus recently expanded and updated their space. Their food was great before, now I can enjoy it with lots of elbow room and in a really nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and polite and makes you feel right at home.

Started with a green smoothie by Dan for dinner; had assorted cookies, broccoli bits, cookie dough, fruit leather from Pauline for breakfast and a finished with a bruschetta pizza with avocado by Kamri for lunch.
It is hard for me to be on a raw vegan diet but Nucleus food made it easy, at least for one day.

By far the best vegan/​raw food restaurant I’ve been to, and I’m from California (where they are on every corner).
Every meal I’ve had is phenomenal. And the prices are unbeatable for the quality of food.
The service staff is so friendly and helpful.
Ask for the buffalo sauce, it goes well with just about everything.

Lovely new option for vegans and healthy eaters. Adorable setting, plenty of outdoor seating, and feel good Bob Marley & Rasta tunes. Inexpensive and gorgeous paintings decorated the walls, for sale by artist.
Got the green smoothie and the Ray’s Smile salad. Filled me up for hours and had a little salad left over which I took home for a snack. Brought along two meat-​eaters who were quite pleased with their salads and smoothies as well. Just visiting my family this week so I sadly cannot become a regular, but would return again during my next NEPA stay.

Super laid back inviting atmosphere, insanely friendly and knowledgable staff, simple fresh menu, delicious food, reasonable prices. Oh and a 100% RAW VEGAN ORGANIC GLUTEN FREE restaurant in NEPA, what else can I say?
This place is amazing little whole in the wall.
