Nice funky place with old couches and laid back décor. Tuna salad was great as was the latte. i thought I was in Haight Ashbury. Waitress was really nice. I liked the color coded poster explaining the barista offerings. Almost went for the macciato. there was a tv room with a couch, so you could watch the big game if you wanted to.

Great little find. Super friendly. Excellent breakfast sandwiches and unbelievable homemade granola bars! Great place to grab something quick or hang around to enjoy local flair and good company.

Haymarket, VA
I used the Unilocal app to find this place to fulfill my morning caffeine infusion requirement — before getting out on the interstate to head home to Virginia.
The guy working the shop was very friendly. I ordered their dark roast — it was good, but not as «dark» as I prefer.
The seating area in the shop is somewhat eclectic — and I mean that in a positive way.
You can get food here too — breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches, soup, and more.

They have live music every so often, and I believe their sandwiches are great. I do wish the cold drink selection was a little wider, but with a title like «The Main Bean» I cant fault them as it seems to be more of an upscale coffee shop.

Fun place to go. I saw the other review but tried it anyway because i like small businesses and it is close to home. The people are friendly, both employees and customers. The owner makes sure everyone is happy, he walks around and checks if anyone needs refills, etc. basically table service at a coffee house. Prices are clear, food is good, baked goods are fantastic. They have comfortable places to sit inside and out. They are family oriented with board games, chess, ice cream and two TV’s customers get the remotes and free WiFi. Great place to hang out.

I was here a few months ago and since their last review they have changed hands. The staff was VERY pushy to get me to buy things I didn’t want, even after I told them «no thank you» over three times. They just kept asking if I wanted other extras, like cookies, or muffins, over an over, even again after they gave me my drink. I was also charged more than my friend for the same exact drink (based on the chalk board I was overcharged) but I didn’t bother saying anything. All in all, I just wanted a hot drink… and whether it be in a retail shop or a restaurant, pushy people only push me away. I won’t be back.

The staff is so nice here. Great ice cream, variety of coffees and teas. Lunch menu is fresh and friendly for different dietary needs. Daily specials. There’s a nice comfy lounge in the back as well as tables. Nice quiet place to study in a nice neighborhood if you need a constant supply of wi-​fi and coffee.
