Be careful of this place!!! RIP OFFS!!!
During the Snow-​pocalypse (February 2015) I needed to get Ice melt and a snow shovel. I called and was told that they had snow shovels in stock. When we arrived the shovels were about 6 inches wide; not effective in my book. So we figured we were there so lets get Ice melt for the driveway. So i paid at the cashier and was told to drive to the side and someone would load it. WELL they loaded something, but not what I wanted. They decided that an equal substitute would be water softener salt. this stuff is twenty times the size, won’t fit through my spreader and completely useless to me. OOOOOO and did i mention the price I paid for the ice melt was 14.99… but what they gave to me is sold for 5.99 $!!!
I called and spoke to the manager that said this was completely acceptable and that if i did not return it that day (45 mins till close) they would not refund me my money. They «do not do returns on this item». Customer satisfaction means nothing to these people and they are looking to rip you off at any moment. Go to the ig box store, you’ll save money and hassle!!!
COMPLETE RIP OFFS. Everything is over priced and poor customer service. Price gouging is the first goal!!!
