Never stated on initial conversation that a deposit was not refundable. When I went in they then stated that that if I decided not to get the car I would lose my deposit. I test drove the car and came to realize that the alignment was way off. Told them they needed to fix it. I was unable to make it from Anderson to the dealership on Saturday to make final decision on car. Lost my deposit which was never originally stated that was non-refundable. I hope the next person enjoys the car with my $ 200 and they better get the discount. This is why I hate shady used car salesmen who take advantage of people who are in need. I will be reporting the business to the better business bureau for unprofessional business. I have the phone calls recorded. It was like they were forcing me into buying the car when I first decided to hold off on paying them. Never trust this company!!! And apparently my wife having to work is not an excuse for him giving back the deposit.
