Price is good, service is bad. Many mistakes in measuring and delivering. Attitude toward correcting problems not so good, either.

Nice carpet and at a great price because it was a remnant.
We were very disappointed with the installation, which was done at the end of day and in a rush. I noticed a few issues with the installation after the installer left and it was very difficult to get them back in to correct the issues. On the 3rd try, they finally came back and repaired the issues.
Left a bad taste…

I had a great experience here. We were looking for carpeting for our apartment where we were supposed to cover 70 percent of our floors. We went here with some pictures that my wife had taken our furniture and the color scheme of our walls.
They were very helpful, gave us several options and helped us choose the right carpets. Its hard for me to picture how something looks without it actually being there so I was looking forward to seeing these.
They were delivered and put down by them. David was extremely helpful and helped me move my furniture. It looks fantastic!

I’m so surprised to read the previous reviews! I’ve only had pleasant experiences with Carpet Emporium. I can be a bit indecisive about design choices but the staff was extraordinarily patient and helpful from beginning to end. From my first time in the store browsing through their vast, beautiful selection to their professional installation, I’ve been a satisfied customer. I will no doubt be back when I embark upon my next renovation project. Thanks Carpet Emporium!

This place total lacks customer service. They want money before they give you and estimate or come and measure and Michael who works there is extremely rude and arrogant. Nobody in the entire store have any idea what customer service is. I would never step foot back into that store.
