Dr. Milchteim is a talented surgeon and orthopedist. I highly recommend his services. He is friendly, he answers your questions thoughtfully, and he provides top-​quality medical treatment. I speak from a lot of experience when I say that DR. MILCHTEIM IS THE BEST orthopedist I have ever met.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Milchteim. He was prompt for my appointment and his staff is very professional and courteous. I have seen many other doctors regarding my knee trouble over the past 10 years and not one communicated with me as well as he does. Even more importantly, he explained my options for fixing the problem and was very honest about expectations, and that often a nonsurgical treatment is best, but in my case I had tried everything and my knee was no good.
I felt confident having surgery with him because he works for a great group and trained with a world renowned expert in sports medicine. I am back to playing squash and tennis now, and will put dr Milchteim on my holiday card list forever, because he really helped me.

am very disappointed in Dr Milchteim’s careless attitude and unprofessional demeanor. I came in because I cannot move my neck and having multiple spasms and shooting pain from neck to shoulder. He stated that he could not help me and then proceeded to ask why I needed pain medicine in 2010? He also stated that he does not prescribe medicine for pain and that there was nothing he could do for me. He then excused himself from the room, never examined me and went to tend to another patient. He treated me as if I were insignificant. I am very disguised with this experience and have never felt so mistreated by a Doctor.

In a world where going to the doctor increasingly feels like cold business transaction, I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Charles Milchteim. He possesses a level of humanity and humility that is rare among medical professionals. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and perceptive in understanding the concerns of his patients. Dr. Milchteim’s passion for his craft and commitment to his patients is refreshing, especially when compared with other medical professionals who have become jaded. As a surgeon, he is meticulous, thorough and highly skilled. He operated on my left shoulder in January 2015 and it is amazing how much better my shoulder feels in the short time following. My boyfriend suffered serious injuries to both shoulders last year and Dr. Milchteim has since successfully operated on both, giving him back the hope/​motivation he had lost.
In my opinion, Dr. Milchteim is unequivocally a phenomenal surgeon, a shining star among medical professionals and a great human being. He has set the bar very high for his cohorts. Anyone needing an orthopedic surgeon would be lucky to have Dr. Milchteim as their doctor.
