Man of his Word.
Most of the Pizza places in Lynbrook have gone downhill, pizzas to thin, too greasy, and too salty. We ordered a pizza from Manolo as we had not tried a pie from them yet. When I went in to pick up the pizza, I was greeted by Tommy who was just putting the pie into the box, it looked really good. I told Tommy my frustration with pizza in the area, and he told me that he will guarantee that we will be happy with the Pizza, then he explained his process and the quality of ingredients. Tommy was a man of his word, we loved the pizza, and it was the best pizza we have had from A Lynbrook pizzeria in years. They do not skimp on the pies, plenty of sauce, and a lot of cheese– and not greasy, not salty, and the crust stays firm. To top it off the prices are more than reasonable. We will have to try some of the other dishes they make as we are sure the attention to detail on them will be the same attention given to make a great pie.
