Unfortunately, had a bad experience here. They have no problem selling you products but if they have an issue, they will hang you to dry. Bought under cabinet lighting that was told would last 3 – 4 years. One went in 1 month, and now 2 more went at the 2 year mark. They sold me what I was told are the replacement ballasts, and evidently they are not the right ones since they work, but they won’t change the dim settings like the originals. Installation was brainless, 4 color coded wires and that’s it. My 8 year old can do it. So I brought them back to return/​exchange and they were very rude and unhelpful. They refused to test the item in order to confirm the problem nor would they take my word for it either. Then the salesperson states that he couldn’t test it because he doesn’t know anything about it. ??? I’m sorry, isn’t this supposed to be an electrical supply store? I didn’t exactly come back with my Delta faucet. Nonetheless, the simple answer for them was sorry but no returns because it was opened and we won’t even acknowledge the fact that we sold you the wrong product in the first place.
In summary, they suck. Take your money and do business with people that care if you have an issue with their products/​services.
