I spent over $ 3000 for Hunter Douglas shades with this store over the years and when I needed customer service they didn’t perform. One of my Duette, honeycomb, cordless shades failed to operate up or down on one side. Hunter Douglas advertises limited life-time warranty. When I returned the shade to V-lonne for a repair they refused to honor the warranty. I brought the shade to another authorized dealer listed by the manufacturer and they repaired it within an hour, having all available parts on hand. Even though V-lonne is an authorized dealer for Hunter Douglas they apparently don’t care to waste their time after the sale.
