Chose company to fix BMW front windshield… Waited SIX months for windshield to arrive. I did call multiple times to inquire about status to no avail. Despite Apple Auto Glass inspecting the windshield twice and having the VIN#, they ordered a 2014 instead of 2013 windshield… No wonder the windshield was difficult to get… 2014 model just went into production only several months ago. I decided to cancel the work order and go with Safelite. Safelite confirmed work order, will have windshield in three days, and have the windshield fixed in two weeks. If Apple Auto glass can’t order the proper parts… I’m sure their installation is probably sub par also.

Didnot care for the service. I took in minivan to get a broken window fixed and it got fixed all right but when they put the glass back they left wires hanging out of glass and did not out hatch handle back on van!

Get answer like I can’t get it. When I do will call after almost one year I have heard anything from Apple glass.
