Pretty good salad with not so ordinary ingredients although for the price it could’ve been larger. As for the smoothie it was good as well but a 16 oz for $ 6 is on the steep side. I walked out with $ 17 and change less than I walked in with and I didn’t have much to show for it. I know quality or better ingredients are more expensive but I was in San Diego for a time where this type of place is huge and healthy food places are delivering more for less. Lessen the prices or slightly increase the quantities of Crisp and you’ll have something.

I found this little gem as I was walking in downtown while on vacation and looking for a place to get a mani/pedi. As I walked by I heard lively chatter and I was tempted to stop and walk in… and I’m glad I did. They had a made to order salad option, which I loved! It is a bit pricey but worth it! Everything looked and tasted fresh. I also had the ginger and carrot juice but I didn’t enjoy that as much as I thought I would. overall, I would be back should I ever be in town again!

You cannot find a better salad in Lynchburg! Very fresh ingredients and generous portions. Try the Moroccan with falafel.

What a welcome addition to this city. I cannot adequately express how much I love the salmon ceasor. If you have not found it yet, you must. First floor of the Allied Arts Building. Fresh, healthy, Crisp.

Very good and fresh! Price is a little high, but anytime you eat healthy and fresh it tends to be that way. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Unique selection of salad options. There is no place like this downtown! I try to eat here weekly and haven’t had the same thing twice!

So happy this place exists. I might be the only one who thinks this but I wish the bowls were bigger. I feel like they shrunk? Lol the food is amazing and I love that they do fresh juicing. Hey if you ever want to jump on the Joe Cross train this will be your saving grace. Thanks to this place I will be really healthy and broke :)

Disappointed. I felt rushed when choosing my meal. The people behind the counter acted like they were getting off shift(they had their backpacks on). I was the only person in line. I was overcharged by $.69, because they thought I got a premium topping. After I pointed out that I did not receive a premium topping, I was only refunded $.15(a premium topping is $.69) It wasn’t worth arguing over. Food was fresh, but overpriced. $ 20 for a wrap and a salad is too much.

I have had their wraps on multiple occasions and every time the quality of the food and the freshness of the ingredients is excellent! Very well run, I can’t wait to stop in for breakfast! Keep up the good work.

Very nice atmosphere, with well-lit interior, abstract fruit and vegetable artwork, totally friendly staff, and did I mention very delicious and healthy choices for food at very affordable prices? I will return again and again, and I suggest that you do too. I had the Lox and Schmear, which was delicious and sumptuous. I look forward to returning for other menu items and especially the fresh fruit and veggie juices! «Like!»

From the couple that brought you canopy food truck comes a great place for a fresh salad, wrap, breakfast bowl, or a cup of fresh squeezed juice. My husband and I went here on opening day and were pleasantly surprised with all of the choices we had for the salad bar. If you go for lunch, they have a few salad choices pre-done on the menu, or you can choose to do a make your own salad. If you go that option, you are given for choices of lettuce, and then you can have up to four basic toppings free, plus a dressing. There are also premium toppings for $.99 each, and there’s also a selection of different meats that you can add for an additional price also. They offer a wide range of homemade dressings as well. Everything is piled into a metal bowl where they toss the dressing and the toppings together and then put it into a great container. See my picture for the menu and a picture of the salad I had today. It looks like for breakfast they offer sandwiches, oatmeal, and some other types of bowls in addition to lots of fresh juices. Their orange juice machine is pretty awesome-it juices 40 oranges a minute! We will definitely be back to try more menu items when they have everything up and running.
