Not a good experience. They moved our entire household, a fairly big move and did not handle it well. Most annoying was the damage to our brand new house, holes in the wall, dings on the doors, 2 pieces of furniture damaged etc. After going back and forth for 6 weeks, finally agree to reimburse us $ 300 on a $ 7000 move. Now we have been getting the check is on its way for several weeks now.
We were able to get reimbursed after posting this review and everything is fine now.

A few days after posting here on Unilocal about our unsatisfactory moving experience, My Guys contacted us to say that they had re-​considered our complaint, and would refund $ 230 (bringing the price to what it would have cost if we had hired TWO guys with the truck, instead of THREE). Satisfactory.
