I don’t know a thing about roofing, gutters, siding, or anything else that makes a house a house, but after working with Sentry Exteriors I can honestly say I know something! Yay! The people who work here are so informative and will never make you feel more dumb than you probably are regarding this subject. The lead salesman and vice president, Tim Kesterson, has been working in this field for over twenty-​five years and it’s clear that he knows what is best without the obvious sleazy upsell that most salesmen come equipped with. The owner, Kirk, is super friendly and also Canadian so that might have something to do with it, haha! The work is always done on time and they are completely honest with the amount for costs and materials. They have been in the Central Virginia area for years and will even find you a sub-​contractor for extensive roofing jobs or additions that might need to be made to your home. I believe they are a wonderful asset to this area and to the rest of central Virginia.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Vanessa is the office manager and she is the rudest person EVER! She gives attitude, she’s snappy/​short and she tries to talk over you when your speaking to her. Absolutely unacceptable from a business «professional» or lack there of. Especially since we paid them OVER $ 100,000 to do a job for us! And this is the attitude we get?! Disgusted.
