Terrell E Moseley

The worst company I have ever seen. I purchased a home in 2003 and wanted a new heating system installed. I called different companies to come out and give me an estimate on a new system. Every one came out including terrel e moseley. Each company sent me an estimate except Terrel E Moseley so I called terrel e moseley and was told they had the estimate ready and would mail it out to me that day. I waited a week and never received the estimate so I called back and was told that they would bring it by that day since I was only a couple blocks from them. Well its now 2016 and still no estimate. I purchased two units for my home from another company in 2003 and they have worked great until November 2015, I called terrel e moseley to see if the could come out and check my unit that was acting up thinking that since they were only a couple of blocks away they would get here in no time. I was told I would have to talk with the owner about my problem who was out at the moment, I was directed to leave a message on his voice mail which I did, needless to say after leaving my message with my name address, phone number and my problem they never returned my call, I called back a couple days later and was told to leave a message, left the same info again and never heard a word from them to this day. I guess they only work with certain people not everyone.

The technician (JB) fixed my heat this morning after the motor broke. He was very friendly & helpful! I appreciated that they honored the quote they had given us earlier this year & didn’t make us pay the service fee again. We will definitely use this company again for our future needs & would recommend them to a friend!
