Bright Outlook Window Cleaning

Horrible service. First off had to wait three weeks just to get an estimate. Day of estimate no one showed up. They didn’t even call. So I waited till the next day giving them time to call and apologize. That call never came. When I called them the lady that answered had no clue that no one showed up to my house. I was then told they would try and fit me in the same day or a couple days after. It is now a week later and still no call back. They are very unorganized and don’t care about customers. I would never do business with them, and I suggest you don’t as well.

My husband and I heard about this company at a home and garden event. They were seeking out customers, handing out information — so we figured we would give them a try! After several failed attempts to make an appointment with them (they would not answer or return our calls) they finally scheduled a day to stop by and give us an estimate. That day came and went and no one bothered to show up or even call. Several days went by and still no call, so my husband finally called them. They apologized and offered to reschedule. We gave them yet ANOTHER chance and they STILL never showed up. If you’re understaffed or busy, fine, but don’t seek out customers and then act like you don’t want any business. We are so disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect this company showed us. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I hired Bright Outlook to clean the windows of our house this past fall. I’m ready to have him do our exteriors again now that it has been about six months. This is a small family run business and Scott, the owner was prompt, pleasant and an all-​around professional. He knew so much about glass and was able to give me some great pointers on caring for my windows with tips that I had been overlooking.
I actually did not realize how dirty our windows were until he had finished —apparently the glass had a film built up from having used windex –and once he had cleaned them they looked as good, if not better than the day we got them. Scott applied a very effective, yet environmentally friendly product on the windows and showed me how we could keep them up in between washings.
Bright Outlook is a well-​run family business and I could not recommend them more highly. I also appreciated how the pricing was fair and straightforward. He gave me a quote based on the number of windows I had and the photos of the work I emailed him, and there were no surprises. The work he did truly gave our home a brighter outlook. It looked like a million bucks and I am looking forward to their next visit.

I had Scott wash all the windows in our home, as many of them are second story. He came and cleaned them inside and out, as well as all of our screens. Very professional, clean and quick. Thanks Scott!
