We used them last year for our 8 cows, and compared to Lynden Meats they were great! Lee actually listened to what we wanted and gave us that, plus they do lots of «freebies» that Lynden Meats charged for such as turning ground beef into preformed patties. Lynden Meats cut the steaks all lumpy & uneven so they were hard to stack in the freezer, but Keizer had them cut straight so they stacked easily like books. We have not had any problems with them nor have our customers.

I wish I could go back and taken my beef order to another butcher. Meat cuts were not labeled to my satisfaction(I.e. Don’t just label things a «beef roast» let customers know what/where the cut came from as we all know that greatly effects the way you cook your beef), my steaks were cut too thick even though I had talked on the phone with a woman who specifically asked me how thick I wanted my steaks done. My roasts were cut too small and bones were left in even though I specifically asked to have my beef be boneless. I was extremely unimpressed by the woman I spoke with on the phone as well. She was very abrupt, fast moving, and didn’t really seem to care. Our family will never go back and have been absolutely unhappy with our cuts.
