I called On Call Appliance Repair and made an appointment to have a technician come by my cabin to repair a refrigerator. I explained that there was no cellphone service at the cabin, so all communication would have to be through email.
I also explained that I would need to line up a contractor to be there to receive them. I paid someone to be there, which I had to pay for.
No one showed up. I received a PHONE CALL and a message on my PHONE. They never called me back after that.
Wouldn’t recommend.
