The Mailbox

You couldn’t find a more helpful place than the Mailbox in Lynden. Very nice people who bend over backwards to be of assistance. We moved but still drive 30 kilometers to them to get our packages when we could sign up at another shipping centre 2 kilometers from our house. So that speaks to how we feel about the staff at the Mailbox.

I’ve been going to these guys for many years. It’s always a warm welcome when I come pick up my parcel. They are reliable and good at what they do :)

Have been using these guys for years. They’re absolutely fantastic. First off, the customer service is above and beyond. They make an effort to remember and get to know you. Have sent a few things with them as well and they’re always checking to make sure I’m getting the best deal, etc. Even though I moved out to Abby and there are more «convenient» places I could go, I remain a loyal customer.

I’m a mobile notary so I send critical home mortgage documents out using The Mailbox. Always friendly and really know their stuff. I never worry about my pkgs being mishandled.

Terrible! I just had the most disturbing encounter with an employee quite possibly, ever! I thought they opened at 8:30 Saturdays, so I pulled up to the store right at 8:30. They weren’t open but there was a man inside, and he was talking to a man standing outside, through a drive-​up window. I have all pre-​paid boxes, and since I just needed to drop them off, AND the company benefits financially from each package they princess, I thought I’d ask if he would be willing to take the parcels. I won’t try to write the conversation word for word, but suffice it to say, the man was so rude, had such a bad attitude, I backed off and said, «hey, listen, I’ll give somebody else my business.» At that point he went OFF! I was astonished. He screamed and yelled, including gesturing and yelling F**k you lady. Honestly I couldn’t believe the hostility. If he didn’t want to open the door or take my prepaid packages he could have just said so. He was hostile right from the time I approached the window. Other times I have been there, the woman at the counter was helpful, but this man was UNREAL.

I have gotten my packages shipped here quite a few times. If you have a file with them they will email you when your package arrives. I have also used their shipping services. I have always been happy with both services. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this business!
