What an unfortunate experience at this little shop… I took goods in to consign, all of which were new in original boxes… Sold most of it… But went to get items that were not sold, and employees could not find them. What a shame as these were the«pricier» items that I brought in… They remained in computer system and many employees searched for them, but all vanished… Interesting they were the pricey ones… I will give a kudos to the employees though, they are terrific! I will NOT be returning, nor will I suggest to family and friends to visit!!!

Absolutely love this place! My husband and I stopped by and ended up finding multiple items for our house. Two of the items were too big to haul away in our little hatchback, so they delivered them(we live in Lynden)! Great customer service, and great items. We plan on continuing our hunt for furniture for our new house at this place– they have a real eye for quality, beautiful pieces and the prices are fabulous. One of the best consignment shops we have gone to, with a wonderfully comfortable browsing atmosphere.

I feel like this would be a good place to go if you were just shopping and wanting to purchace available items rather than placing your own items on consignment. The staff is friendly enough, however I had a rather uncomfortable experience giving them items to list and sell… I was told to drop off my stuff since the staff was too busy to look at what they would take and not take… and that they would call me about the items they would put out on the floor for sale so that a listing price could be discussed first. When i didnt hear back from them, I went into the store and they showed me the stuff they didnt want and for me to take back when I spotted some of my stuff already out with a price tag already on it! I felt really uncomfortable with the value that was placed on some items without any communication on what«we» would sell them at first like I had been told what would happen prior to them being available for sale. It felt pretty presumptuous to leave me out on the decision making of the pricing and when I spoke with the owner about retrieving a couple items so that I could sell them myself, she obliged in letting me pull the selected items, but not without making me feel like I was the one who was solely responsible for their lack of communication and that I shouldve known how they do things there and I shouldve read the paperwork more closely etcetra. Not an appropriate response for someone who needed to take responsibility about how her store is run. Maybe I was mistaken, but I was under the impression that they would call me to discuss what the value of my belongings were before they put an uncomfortably low price on them to which they recieve the standard 60% cut. What is done is done, I left most of the items there that I could part with at their chosen listing price so that I would have less stuff deal with to sell independently. A couple weeks later(today) I went in to pick up a $ 16 check for the 5 or 6 items they had sold and I spoke to the same woman who helped me retrieve the couple items before. It seems that we needed to re-visit the miscommunication we had before, because I was given a repeat explanation of what I shouldve done in order to avoid the same experience with them in the future. which felt like a lecture neatly wrapped up inside an apology for my experience with them. Like I said, this place is a good business if you want to go in and shop, but selling your own belongings through them for me was a different story. I would suggest sticking to ebay or craigslist to sell your own items.
