This agency is difficult to conduct business with. Their receptionists have difficulty with appointments. If they need to reschedule they usually neglect to cancel the previous appointment, creating a lot of confusion on their part.

Please read the filtered review here as well. It is a perfect example of their complete ineptitude. The psychiatrist was horrible and did not seem to care for my well-​being at all. He literally used the term «princess» to describe me — to my face — making me cry. I’m the furthest thing from a princess, who works my butt off full-​time to support myself, and how inappropriate do you think it is to say that to someone who is suicidally depressed??? He also told me that the cure to my problems was to get married and have a family, which is NOT the life path that I choose. His medical approach was clearly as ancient and outdated as he is.
