I placed an order 1÷5÷16. I was told the job would be scheduled within 5 business days and completed in 7 – 10, but I hadn’t heard from them, so I reached out again on 1÷13÷16. Then I was told the job was «improperly marked» so I was forgotten about, and scheduled for 1÷22÷16. We were charged for the job but it was never completed. Now we are facing fees from the HOA because we had to have the dish removed by 1÷31÷16. At least we got a refund. Save yourself a headache and don’t use this company. Call your HOA or another one in the area and see if they can recommend a roofing company to complete the job.

I placed an order with Dish Disposal on 6÷11÷15. Today is 8÷24÷15, and the dish has not been taken down, despite my credit card being charged for the service.
Thus far, there have been at least three times when a contractor was «scheduled» and didn’t show up. The no-​show was because of a «scheduling» issue. The second time was due to a «death in the family.» The third time was because a «tech» reported the job was completed when it wasn’t.
The latest attempts to contact the owners Justin J. Scheeff and Kelcey Lehrich have gone unanswered (phone, email, twitter, etc). When I sent a quick message over Twitter, «Please DM me regarding business» to the owners, Kelcey immediately blocked me.

I am not sure what is going on, is this a legitimate business??? I called twice with a message and contacted them via their contact web site and no replies. Are they in business??? Can anybody at least help me how to find a place that will do this service.

I was moving out of a rented town house and my landlord was begin forced by the HOA to have the dish removed. DirecTV was absolutely no help what-​so-​ever! So did a search and found Dish Disposal. I worked with Aric and he was extremely helpful and got it all figured out. I was a little late in getting this setup so I was just about to move out so I needed a date to give my old landlord. Aric got back to me ASAP so I could forward that info no to my landlord. He was very helpful and quick to respond. I then got an update email when the job was done. All-​in-​all it was a great experience. Thank you very much Dish Disposal!!!
