Le Creuset Signature Store

If there’s anything we’ve noticed about Le Creuset stores is that they all have poor customer service. The one at Legacy Village is no exception! Shopping on day after Christmas, we were hounded by the shop attendants. Typical attitude that the customer knows nothing about their products and assuming you can’t afford Le Creuset. My wife and I own more than a dozen pieces and my wife is super knowledgable on Le Creuset, so it’s highly offensive to be treated this way in the store.
All in all, we love Le Creuset cookware and will buy more in the future. Just take your business to another store that sells Le Creuset products like Sur La Table or Amazon.

A nice store showcasing the Le Creuset cookware. The staff are friendly and helpful. They usually have a «deal of the month» on the display tables, where they offer a few items at a discounted price. They also have discontinued pieces/​colors that are discounted (read: a clearance section). The standard deal is 20% off when you buy 6 pieces, which can help when you are looking at buying a $ 300 dutch oven.
If you are not hip to the Le Creuset brand — they main items are hand made enamel coated cast-​iron cookware. They are made in France and are the standard for enamel coated cast-​iron cookware. I love mine because its easy to cook with, and easy to clean. Its non-​stick with out the chemicals! The cast-​iron comes in a variety of ever changing colors. Since we have been collecting our pieces over several years, my original color is discontinued so onto a new color — YAY!
They also have a stainless steel line of cookware, bar ware accessories, bake-​ware, cooking utensils and a few other kitchen accessories.
