Very rare that I fall asleep during a massage session. Cecilia has the perfect touch — I completely knocked out! If the sessions stay like this, I will keep coming back! Thank you for a great session!

Came here with a Groupon and was very glad I did. I was asked to fill out a form about my preferences, medical conditions, and skin type, as I was receiving a massage and facial. It was a very professional environment and the place is set up like a spa because the décor, music, and aromas are very soothing. I was asked what areas if any I’d like focused on.
Carmen was my masseuse and she was excellent. She gave me a very relaxing hot stone massage, facial, and reflexology treatment. She is a friendly person who is great at her job. At many times I was so relaxed I was almost falling asleep. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and the pressure was just right. She used aromatherapy oils which made everything even better.
Her facial was great, I left glowing! No redness or inflammation just a clear complexion even after extractions. She was kind enough to offer me a drink between my services which was very refreshing.
This is a great deal, I will definitely be back.

Came here as a first time Spa visitor and was happy with the treatment. I was greeted by Carmen and walked through the different massage options, she took her time and was patient given my ignorance.
After selecting a package, I was taken to one of their massage rooms and really enjoyed the subtle lavender scents. The masseuse was really communicative as I had a ton of questions but overall the setting was really relaxing, I actually managed to dose off quickly (not sure if that is a normal thing lol). I read a review saying it was noisy, but I can’t confirm that. My experience was superb.
The only quip I have is the massage wasn’t long enough, I should have ordered a longer session lol.
Will definitely return.

Didn’t realize this was a gym in the same area as a bunch of warehouses with giant trucks. They moved my scheduled time from 11 am to 4 pm. no one greeted me when I walked in and they asked me to get here 15 minutes early. 20 minutes later, still no one came to get me. They took me at 4:20 finally and I said I needed to be done at 5. They didn’t listen. The woman who massaged me didn’t really read my form before she started which said I wanted a therapeutic massage with light pressure. She used hard pressure and touched parts of my back I asked not to touch because they’re super sensitive. She also got massage oil all in my hair and all over my face. The hot stones were NOT hot at first. The massage room was next to a daycare and I heard screaming kids are certain points. The music kept skipping and the table kept making a lot of noise. Basically, this was the least relaxing massage I’ve ever had. They gave me hi-​c in a champagne glass after. It was gross. And I was late for where I needed to be after since they took me 20 min late. Do not go here.

This was my husband and I first time @ spac mac and we will return. The Hot Stone Massage was pure perfection. The establishment is clean, calm and secure.
I also received a punch card 10^th time free. I highly recommend Carmen. **Purchased on Groupon**

I went to this place for my first time spa experience. I had a full body scrub and a mud wrap. A month later I came back for a 60-​minute hot stone massage. Both times I was super relaxed and felt amazing afterwards. I highly recommend this place. Everything was very neat and clean. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I plan on making this a monthly indulgence when financially possible with my budget. They offer a lot of great deals from time to time, for example a couple months ago they had 50% off body waxing and last month I believe they had a special on facials. Definitely worth the money.
