I should have listened to my gut and left but I was pressed for time so I stayed. When I walked in, I asked to use the restroom, there was a used sanitary napkin in the toilet. When I alerted one of the women doing pedicures, she was annoyed and went to clean it. Same woman did my pedicure, throughout the whole pedicure she seemed so annoyed with me that it was awkward. ITWASN’T MINE! Pedicure all in all was«ok» I’ve had better. Lady who did my mani missed the sides on a few of my nails. Sorry won’t be back!

Definitely overpriced. I went into this nail salon after reading the sign on the window that said«Regular mani & pedi 25 $». The women charged me 30 $ and when I asked why, she said that special was only for members. This is average price for places that actually attempt to do a good job. False advertisement as previous reviews stated. The woman rushed my manicure doing a terrible job. Nails and toes chipped within the next day. Would never recommend this place to any of my family or friends.

Too expensive for the quality of service. Everything is extra pay. Don’t believe the signs on the windows because they are not true at all. They would either say the price is only for members or just completely ignore it and say today’s price is this. I paid for a regular mani-pedi for $ 45(sign said $ 25) and they have the nerve to ask me to pay for some poor quality flip-flops. Never going back there again!

Beware of this place. This is my 2nd time coming here and I won’t be coming anymore. First, the store advertise $ 45 For Gel manicure and pedicure for Monday thru Friday. Today is Thursday and the worker, Tina, charged me $ 50. I asked about the huge sign they had at the window and she said today’s price is $ 50. False advertisement!!! Or, she’s just trying to rip people off. I think she may be the owner or manager since she handles all the money. The very same woman also did my gel manicure and it’s a horrible job. She missed the sides of all my nails. I won’t be coming back!

I’ve been here quite a few times over the years and started to notice the only«cleaning» they do to the pedicure tubs after a guest is rinse it off. No soap, no cleanser, nothing… I had hoped it was a one time thing but started notice every girl there making the mistake. I cancelled my next appointment and will not be returning.

I’ve only been twice. The first time the girl was super helpful finding me a color gel I was happy with for my manicure. I decided then to come back. My second experience was the worst! The girl that did my pedicure looked around the salon every time something was going on & kept saying«sorry». How about you pay attention & not do things to be sorry about. I got a light color for my toes & the paint job was awful. Both times though, my gel manicure didn’t even last a full week before it started cracking & chipping… it’s gel for crying out loud! The man doing my manicure started filing off the gel & said«why didn’t you tell me this was gel» even though I made an appointment for a gel manicure & pedicure! Not going back…

Worse place ever! I got a pedicure with the Spanish girl thinking that yayyy I was getting an awesome pedicure«mistaken«. It’s the worse pedicure EVER and for $ 20. Are you kidding me. I will be letting them know that I didn’t like it and I won’t be paying for this! I was also going to get my eyebrows done and told her to forget it!

oh no… no no no. ever hear of a chop shop for hair salons? well this a nail salon version. 1. they took us right away — so they get one star. 2. they rushed my pedicure– I got a keratin one? idk even what that means– apparently more inattentive massaging — thanks but NO. 3. they did my manicure at the pedicure station– didn’t even waste time to give me a real one, but charged me for one. 4. do you know when they add too much acetone to the nail polish to make it go longer? well this was def over done– so my top coat had bubbles permanently in them. 5. my nail chipped 2HOURSLATER. 6. in and out– not the best, at all. lastly LASTLY 7. there was 12 people working and 8 licenses on the wall– which means 4 people who were serving us– WERENOTLICENSED to do the service! SOMEONECALLTHEDIVISIONOFCONSUMERAFFAIRS. no no no no.

I don’t know how this place hasn’t gotten reviewed yet! I went at the recommendation of a friend bc after 4 years of living in the area I was still going back home to hoboken all the time for my nail services bc I couldn’t find a decent nail salon close to home. The salon is large and spacious and very clean. Glenda did my pedicure and Kim did my manicure and they were amazing! I got the James pedicure which included a leg mask, scrub, warm keratin treatment, 10min massage and an another massage with hot stones and I also had the mani with the keratin treatment. The services were awesome and my nails look amazing, I will definitely be going back next week for my next manicure! I doubt I’ll ever go back to hoboken again now that I’ve found this gem!
