Tucked in behind Westport Village(kind of), if you’ve never been to the Lyndon Fair, you’ve probably missed it. Cute little park with a flat, paved 0.6 mile track. A nice starter track for a novice runner — because let’s face it, I feel better about myself when I can make it all the way around. The path isn’t lit, so you won’t want to go too early or too late. Things to distract you while run: Meandering, tree-lined path Play area for the kiddos. Tiny people playing football and soccer in the spring and fall. Handy features: Water fountain Adequate parking Shady benches Just in case: Port-a-potty Added bonus: If your cool down walk takes you up the street to Comfy Cow, I won’t say a word.
