All Phase Swimming Pool

Did not deliver as promised. All Phase was contracted to remove an old swimming pool and replace it with a new, deeper swimming pool. This required that the existing pool be hauled away and the existing deck be raised in order to support the new, deeper pool. They came and took down the old pool and piled it up on top of my grass and left it there for months. After they came to install the new pool, Dave said that he would come back to raise the deck the necessary height, remove all the old pool debris, connect the pool filter and pump and run the new ground wire necessary for the pump. He never did come back and never answers telephone calls. I’ve had to contract someone else to raise the deck, remove all the old debris and I had to run the ground wire myself. The new contractor also told us that the pool is not level (we suspected as much) and that Dave must have dug under one side to slip it under the deck. It will have to be drained and leveled at the very least. Complete nightmare. Buyer beware.
