Delivery was fast and food was excellent. No complaints here. I I do live in care and move around a lot and this is by far best delivery yet

Great Chinese food. I am staying at a hotel in Peabody and ordered 2 days in a row different items from the menu. Both times everything has been wonderful and hot on delivery, just a little pricey for delivery. I don’t know why some people don’t like it. If you want good taste Chinese food then this is a place you must try.

This is my second time ordering from this establishment. The first time the food took nearly an hour and a half to get to my house and was cold when i got it. This time it’s taken two hours, the food is still not here, I tried explaining to the delivery driver how to get to my house over the phone, she just kept telling me to help her. I responded by saying I would meet her at the entrance to my complex(it’s about a quarter mile walk) only to find she wasn’t there. I call the restaurant to cancel my order and whomever was on the other side of the phone refuses to cancel it and says he will call the driver and call me right back. I’m waiting on my call back and still no food. Horrible service.

The food is nasty. The guy behind the counter changes prices from what is listed on the menu creating fake charges. If it was decent food I’d be aggravated, but imagine paying extra for bad Chinese food. Can you even imagine bad Chinese food? I don’t need to imagine because I’ve eaten here. Just go somewhere else and save your time, money, and sanity.

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place — it’s been our go-to since we moved to Lynn five months ago. Most of the food is what you would expect from a typical Chinese restaurant, but they also have Japanese and Thai menu items as well. Their crab rangoon is fantastic, and my boyfriend loves their peking ravioli. The staff is extremely friendly, and they remember repeat customers(by name!) and ask you how you’ve been. The delivery is also very fast, and they’re on GrubHub. They’re lovely people, and they have a great and varied menu, so I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Poor customer service. I have just called to get a food delivery just now, 03÷15÷15 at 8pm. The lady who took my order was rude. She sounded like She’s not interested in my business. So I cancelled the order. I don’t want people who handles my food to be rude. They might spit in it. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I feel I should let people know: the pad thai I ordered from this restaurant had a FEATHER in it. Not a down feather that might have come from a coat or something, a PLUCKED feather(shaft intact) from a bird. I began to imagine scenarios about how it could’ve gotten there, but no matter which way I thought about it I gagged.

This is the worst place to eat!!! I went for some chicken wing in this place it was horrible worst chicken wing I ever had in my life !!! it has not flavor at all. and the lady was ridiculously rude. Also I order a large chicken wing, and a small which all together totaled 13.99 and the lady and the person in the kitchen started taking trash saying that in some other places is 15 dollars and that she will not sell it to me again. I was choked for a dollar she lost a good customer. food is whack anyways. Now I go to China buffet in Saugus which is delicious.

Unethical Shady Restaurant Practice! I thought I would give this Chinese Restaurant a try since it was in my neighborhood and the price seemed reasonable. I had called and placed an order for pick up from their lunch menu. I ordered the L1, which should have been only $ 4.75 plus MA State meal tax, which is 6.25% and should have amounted to $ 5.04. I asked the Order Taker how much it was and he quoted $ 7.00. I thought it seemed funny and it might have been a mistake on the Order Taker’s side so I went to the restaurant to pick up my order and asked again how much and he still quoted $ 7.00. I mentioned to him, on your menu the L1 costs only $ 4.75 plus tax so how come it’s $ 7.00? He immediately panicked and said, «OKOK, $ 5.50!» in a slightly irritated manner. Just to not argue over what should have been a difference of $.46, I paid for the guy and did not leave a tip. I know it’s really only a matter of a few cents but if you think about how many times they screw each customer over loose change per day, it really adds up to money they can pocket themselves with. I would suggest for any person wanting to order from or are just curious about giving Asian Bistro a try to review the amount of your order as they may be pulling something shady as they did with me. Also, I would not recommended bother tipping them as they may already be pocketing money from you without your knowledge when you pay. I can honestly say that was first and last time I will be ordering from Asian Bistro and if they continue to use such money grubbing practices, I definitely foresee them closing their doors soon. PS Fried Rice was smothered in oil, Chicken Wings was bland and dry as jerky, and cheese in Pineapple Shrimp Crab Rangoon was very runny.
