I don’t ever go out of my way to write a bad review but I just experienced such bad service. It was almost like a check list of what not to do as a server. I can say this because I’ve worked in food and beverage for over 13 years. When my companions and myself entered the restaurant there were four other people at the bar and three people in one booth. That’s it, that was all the people in the whole restaurant. Shortly after entering two other women came in and sat in the middle of the restaurant and two other men came in and sat at separate spots at the bar. It took a while to get menu’s. Everyone else that came in after us was taken care of before us. We had to ask to place drink orders. The bartender, who was a nice enough girl, was clearly overwhelmed and this interrupted her ability(only a little) to chat with her friend who was having lunch at the bar. When the drinks did arrive, my friends realized they were served Diet Coke, not regular Coke like they asked for. After taking everyone else’s order she finally asked us for our order. My friends ordered a hot burger with the truffle fries, the bacon cheddar burger and I ordered the BLT minus the bacon because I’m a vegetarian and asked for some cheese in my sandwich. Thirty minutes later(entrees are supposed to arrive no later than 14 minutes after the order has been taken, beverages no more than 4 minutes after the order has been taken) my sandwich comes out with out cheese. About five minutes later the hot burger comes out without the truffle fries. My friend actually went up to the kitchen window to correct this. About five minutes later I was able to get the bartenders attention to get my sandwich fixed. Then about five minutes after that the last burger comes out(all entrees in an order are supposed to be served at the same time) and she served it to the customer sitting to to left of my friend. We told her that was our order. Now in the mean time I over hear the cook shouting out to the bartender to charge me extra for the cheese. REALLY?! They also messed up on the order of the guy who was sitting to the left of my friend. Then I hear the two women who were sitting in the middle of the restaurant saying that they want to know the name of the owner because they were just that unhappy with their experience as well. Apparently the cook didn’t prepare her burger correctly & judging by what I heard him saying from the kitchen he didn’t seem to care all that much that the lady wasn’t satisfied. I had to ask for napkins and got a bit of attitude from a new girl who had arrived on the bar ½ way through our time there. I had to ask for utensils. I was the only one out of the three of us to get utensils. Now the guy to the left of us, when he finally did get his correct burger, also got a free Guinness. Jobeth, the bartender through out this whole experience, felt the need to compensate this young man apparently to make up for the mistake with his meal said, «Let me give you this beer on me». We, however, were not offered any compensation. No free drinks for us and I had to mention to her that in light of all the mistakes I really felt that I shouldn’t be charged for adding cheese to my sandwich. This should have been handled as a substitution. Also I had to ask for a to go box. Ironically, I went to Bruno’s a few days prior to today and had a fabulous experience. Alycia was our bartender and she was fabulous! Spot on, very attentive and went out of her way to extend us exemplary service. If I go back again(it’s local and the truffle fries really are that fantastic) I’ll definitely look to see who the bartender is.

Finally tried this place today. I got the Tom Brady burger and disco fries which I split with my daughter. It was perfectly cooked and was probably the best burger I’ve ever had. My son and husband both got the«a lot» burger and disco fries and they raved about it. This place is not cheap. Our burgers were $ 14 and the disco fries were an up charge of $ 3.50 but the price was worth it and one burger is definitely two meals. The restaurant is cozy and bathrooms are clean. I will definitely go back again.

My boyfriend frequents Bruno’s and raves about their burgers, so on Friday I finally checked it out for myself. I got the bacon cheddar burger and my boyfriend got the TB12. It was the BEST burger I have ever had!!! We asked for them medium and they were both cooked and seasoned perfectly! Can’t wait to go to Bruno’s again!

Either Thursday’s /used/to be half price burgers for ladies, or our waitress forgot, but I paid $ 10 for a burger at a dive bar. The service is always quick, the burgers are really, truly great, and it is never too rowdy when I’m there. This might be the only place in Boston where if they ask you how you want your burger cooked, it actually comes out that way. I love the fried pickle and jalapeño basket, it’s worth the trip up 107 from East Boston. There’s plenty of street parking and plenty of seats at the bar.

We were hesitant to try Bruno’s since the previous bar in this location, Players, had a really bad reputation. Tried it this week. The night we went it was(according to the sign out front) $ 6.00 burger and mug night. We came in and ordered the special, a little wary about how they could give you a decent burger and a mug of beer for $ 6. Well, the burgers were very good and came with fries which were also very good. I liked the chopped parsley garnish on the fries, nice touch. I got a mug of Sam Adams and my boyfriend got Bud — which they don’t have on tap so he got a bottle, and we got a $ 4. side of onion rings, also good. Well, it turns out that the sign is misleading. What it actually means is that for $ 6. you get a burger and if you BRINGYOUROWN40OZMUG, they will fill it for the price of a 20 oz mug! HUH??? That definitely needs to be cleared up as it is false advertising. Our waitress, however, was excellent and gave us a credit on the bill to reflect the advertised price. They have different promotions every night and have karaōke some nights too. It is much cleaner and nicer inside since it was Players and we will definitely go back again.

Went in for the first time today, at 3pm, with a buddy. The place was empty, but that is expected on a Friday at 3. Erica greeted us and was very pleasant. We got our beers right away, which were very cold and fresh. We ordered burgers, medium, and they came out in a timely manner. The burgers were cooked perfectly, nice dark crust and warm pink throughout the inside. Props to Derek the cook. The toppings were fresh and the Chipotle aoli had kick! The fries had a great pepper seasoning. I will definitely be coming back with my wife, who is very particular about how her burgers are cooked.

My 100th review! Time flies when you are reviewing restaurants, am I right? Well, Bruno’s. I can’t comment on the taste of their burgers because we didn’t try them, but I can say they were expensive. We hoped to get a meal and a drink, but the prices really surprised us. I know there are some upscale restaurants in Lynn(Blue Ox, for example) but given the location we kinda thought it would be more«downscale»(like their bathrooms are. Just sayin.) We did get fries with cheese and bacon, which we enjoyed. We were there with one other customer, so service was quick. Oh, and no light beer on draft. So that’s a minus 1 for beer and minus 1 for prices/bathrooms. If you want to charge $ 17 for a burger, the bathroom should be nicer than what you would find in a dingy dive bar. $ 20 for 2 beers and fries… I think we’ll stick with the low key, reasonably priced, nicer bathroom places we have enjoyed in Lynn.

Don’t be fooled by the location and the inside. the burger was amazing! I got the El Guapo but the burger was so good it didn’t need all the stuff on it. The French fries were tasty. I will be back soon.

Looks can be deceiving, and I’m glad I decided to looks this place up on a whim after driving past it over a dozen times. I got the Lot Burger, and it was literally the BEST burger I have ever had. Not only were the combination of toppings amazing(Egg, bacon, hash brown, and chipotle sauce) but the burger was actually cooked to order, and made fresh. The beers on tap were also amazing. In addition to the food and beer, the service was also top notch. There was only one waitress on duty, but she was on point with what we needed, without being overbearing. We forgot our keys in the restaurant when we left and she even ran them out to us! All in all this place is amazing, and I will definitely be returning. I am being 100% serious when I say it is one of, if not the best burger I have ever had in my life.

The best Burgers in town! They need to increase the appetizer menus a bit, but the place is new and clean, so go and give them your input. Fri and Sat night has the Best Karaōke D.J. With the best sound system, anywhere, a good night out overall.

Heavenly burgers in the city of sin! Don’t judge a book by its cover. This small haven located in the heart of Lynn is the best burger joint in the area! They can definitely give the Boston Burger company a run for their money. I dined here on a fairly quiet Sunday night. The bartender/waitress Kim was very friendly and attentive. She was the only one on the shift but still managed to provide great and timely service. The chef of the night Josh was helping her out where he could. Was great to see that the staff can work as a team and not as every man for themselves. Now for the incredible food! Everything here is made from scratch. I started the night with the Fried Pickles and Peppers. These were quite a delight. Normally when I order this there is a heavy batter crispy batter and you can hardly taste the pickle. These were breaded very lightly and seasoned perfectly. They came with a chipotle sauce and a ranch sauce that just complimented them perfectly. For the burgers we order the Lot Burger(Sunny egg, crisp bacon, hash brown, aged cheddar & chipotle aioli) and El Guapo(Guacamole, cotija cheese, corn and bacon salsa with crispy tortillas strings) Both ordered medium rare, and for the first time ever, that is exactly what I got. The burgers were moist with a warm red center and packed full of flavor. For sides we order the truffle fries and the Brussel sprouts. Both were pretty good, but just average. The burgers however, are simply amazing! Check out this hidden gem before they get too popular!

Can not say a bad word about this place. Passionate, new owners and cooks that place their customers’ satisfaction above all. Got the Hot Burger, which comes with jalapeño peppers, bacon, pepperjack cheese and chipotle aioli. Grilled, buttery bun. Decent fries as well. They serve sangria as well as $ 1 mystery beers. I will return frequently. Check it out!

Some friends and I came to check this place out a couple days ago. Started with some fried pickles and peppers. Delicious. I got the LOT burger. Has bacon an egg hash brown and cheddar cheese. It was phenomenal. Breakfast and lunch all in one. The burger was cooked perfectly and was good quality. After we ate we had a couple of pack a punch sangrias. They were delicious and paid homage to one of my favorite video games(call of duty zombies) which i thought was awesome. Trust me the«pack a punch» in the name isn’t lying. Menu is kind of small but I was told there will be a new menu in April. I’ll be returning here many times.

I had a lot of fun here. The food was awesome and the portions were huge! The staff was very kind, the bartenders were very beautiful young women. The atmosphere made you feel at home. I had an awesome time and have been telling everyone I know about how great this place is!
