I visited a few places to obtain used office furniture, but Bucklin Office Furniture was the only place that had used furniture in excellent condition. Dave provided exceptional service — I arrived after they closed(my mistake), but he opened for me anyway. He had everything I wanted in stock and was able to keep me within my budget. I placed the order that day(Wednesday), and Dave had everything cleaned up and delivered by the following Tuesday. Frank headed the delivery, and he was fantastic too — he arrived on time, was super friendly, and got everything placed and set up for me. Overall, it was an excellent experience on all fronts, and I will definitely use them for future office purchases.

I am in the process of acquiring furniture for my new office and have been incredibly impressed with the service, selection, and professionalism of this place. The owner scheduled a time for my wife and I to visit the store a few hours after we called. Once I told him what kind of business I have, he knew exactly what I needed. He took us around the warehouse — there is a massive selection of high quality used furniture — and took a lot of time to get us what we wanted. Then, when I was afraid that the furniture I selected might not fit into my space, the owner volunteered to visit my new space to double check. Mind you, my new space is not close to Lynn, but about 45 minutes away without traffic. Editor’s Note: i don’t write a lot of reviews on Unilocal,but I feel like it’s important to recognize exceptional customer service. This place has it.

Having recently moved into the South End, I needed some high-quality, ideally low-priced furniture. I work from home, so an oversized work desk is essential. I looked at furniture places throughout the area, from Jordans to Bobs to Asian furniture stores and Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams. I also looked online at Costco, Staples and craigslist. Jordans had a nice $ 2,200 l-shaped desk, but it didn’t have nearly enough storage. Staples carried a number of nice furniture lines, but by the time I constructed my ideal desk with their components, it was going to be $ 3 – 5,000. Here’s where Bucklin office furniture came to the rescue. I saw an add for them listing high end furniture, specifically a Rosewood and granite set from some CEO’s office. That desk and office set was first off still out of my price range at $ 2,700(1÷5−1÷8 of its original cost) and way too large for my place. I phoned the owner, Dave and set up an appointment for the next morning to tour the warehouse and look through inventory photos. In the end I purchased a huge gently used Hon desk(Hon is makers of high durability mid to high end furniture). See the photo attached. I paid $ 850 for this suite which would cost about $ 4500 new from Staples. It is gently used, so there’s a mark here and there, but who cares??? His team brought it up three flights and installed it and it looks phenomenal! I’d recommend Bucklin for anybody looking for a mid to high-end desk or office furniture that doesn’t mind if it’s gently used. In addition to desks, they have an awesome selection of desk chairs and other odd furniture… just office furniture though, no bedroom stuff. They have the capability to outfit and entire massive office, or a single desk.
