C. Bain

We needed to move from Malden, Massachusetts to Kansas. I contacted United Van Lines since we have used them for the past 4 moves. Phil Hamilton came out and visited we with and gave us a perfect bid for packing, loading driving across country and unloading in Kansas. The packers came one day and were great. We have two dogs who didn’t know what was going on but the three packers were very good to them as the dogs came and checked out their progress. The next day the driver and his crew came and loaded. Again the took time to get to know our dogs and moved swiftly and professionally. In Kansas they arrived before we did so my daughter coordinated the unloading and she told me they were perfect. We had a schematic of where items were going to be placed and they didn’t miss a piece. I had only one issue and C. Bain and Phil Hamilton contacted me immediately and it was resolved without any question. If you need a local or long distance move call them and I assure you will be taken care of by these people!

Amazing work! Professional, competitively priced, friendly and helpful. C. Bain has moved my family three times. The latest time was a complex move in across country in 2008. C. Bain has and continues to move many of my friends as I highly recommended their services to them. All of them stated C. Bain was fairly priced, and they were happy with the results. I introduced C. Bain to companies that frequently move equipment from location to location. If you need to move or store stuff, C. Bain is priced right, and they do a great job.

i have used them a few times as they are supposed to be «family Friends» — Does not matter they still stole from me. On my last move my most expensive box was my fish tank stuff which had hundreds of dollars in coral filters and supplies and some how that box went «missing.» When asked for reimbursement they said that bc I did not get insurance they are not responsible. We will see what a court has to say abut that — To echo the other review STAY AWAY they are Criminals

STAY AWAY!
They came an hour early for an estimate; when I asked the representative to wait outside while I put some clothes on and mentioned that they were an hour early. I wasn’t happy about it, but, honestly, if you can’t expect movers to show up on time (either early or late), then what’s the point? Within a few seconds, the guy got really angry. He flung his business card at me and yelled at me to forget it.
Given that I’m a young woman, and was home alone, this wasn’t a great position to be in. There was a pretty nasty tone in his voice, too, which made me think he wouldn’t ever be receptive to feedback or instructions.
Definitely go somewhere else.
