This place has went way, way downhill. I use to be a loyal fan, but after picking up two large calzones for a family party the other day, I very likely will not be back. Over ¾ of the calzone was all bread, which out of the large calzone left about four slices with actual calzone filling in it. Honestly how they could still serve that after cutting it and seeing there was nothing but bread inside more than 75% is ridiculous. Also awkward that everyone at the party commented on the all bread calzones. What a waste of money.

I really like their Sicilian pizza. The dough is thick but not soggy and the sauce is sweet. My only complaint is that both times we have ordered pizza from Fauci’s is that there were actually full pieces without cheese. I love pizza and I love cheese so if you do too order extra cheese when you go to Fauci’s. Doing so will at least get you the standard amount of cheese that you’d experience anywhere else. We are new to Lynn and haven’t encountered any great pizza places yet.

It’s a shame. Their pizza is really good, however their business practices are not. I asked for a little extra sauce on my pizza and light cheese. Cheese is the most expensive part of the pizza while the sauce is not. They charge be $ 1.50 extra when the previous 100 times they didn’t. I told them and they wouldn’t budge. They even made it awkward in their with other customers when I said it’s fine, just be consistent. The woman in there who said verbatim: «I’ve been here since I was 15 and that’s what I was always trained. extra sauce is a topping.» That’s obviously not true seeing how the last 15 or so years I was never charged. Bottom line is this: I don’t care about the $ 1.50 that I was charged. I care about the fact that they’re cheapskates that try to nickel and dime you to death even if I just want a scoop extra of sauce on my pizza as well as giving me a courtesy this one time seeing how I was never charged for as long as I can remember. The guy before me was talking to the woman behind the counter and he got a free pizza because it was a little«well done». Bad business practices guys.

Hands-down, the best pizza around! You have to get the Fauci special. Their pizza is to die for, whenever i’m in Lynn I always stop to eat here. I wish they were closer to where I lived so I could eat their food all the time. They also have pastries and desserts as well. If you’re in Lynn you MUST eat here.

I gave Fauci’s two stars because they have a decent menu. However I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and cheese pizza. I like the«party pizza» idea behind how they slice it, but the crust was too soft and the sauce was way too sweet.

I love the pizza… it’s an acquired taste, that you either love or hate. I really like the sweet crust and sauce with the cheese blend they use made Italian style. I love their business hours, I love being able to order quality, fresh food after 10 pm! Just a couple of suggestions: 1) You offer so many«unique» side order choices! I realize you offer a sample platter, but it has the items already picked out. Since most of the sides are the same price, I really wish you offered a single serving option/build a platter option, allowing the customer to pick from as many single serving options(1. To try the various items 2. For the person ordering a pizza or other meal for themselves, but would also like to try one of the many appetizers or just something a little extra to go with it). I know for myself, you’d get extra money from my order, because I don’t order any sides due to knowing I won’t be able to eat it all and reheating it does not taste the same, I don’t want to eat all of the extra calories in a full order, not knowing if I’ll like it, or not knowing what I actually want to try out of a few different items so I just stick to my pizza. 2. Order online option… I’ve never had a problem with customer service or my order, but noticed it was a problem for others. I’ve noticed when I have the option to order online from other places, I’ve never had a problem with my order or delivery.

After being contacted by the business owner, I am updating my review to a 3 star. The business owner is very nice, and seems to really care about his customers. Hopefully they will clear up the front end issue and I can give Fauci’s the review they deserve for the food, because it is really good!

This pizza really needs an recall ! The sauce loaded with sugar(yuck) and then the slices cut wierd I dont know I lived in Italy for a good part of my life and pizza has to be made with sauce that tastes like tomato and a little bit of seasoning, so for me this is definately OUT! I could see where people who grew up on it like it but come on now people the pizza game has long changed and I say you need to venture out and taste what is really happening out there in the world!

The person on the phone who took our order was rude to my sister. Also, the food took over an hour and once we got it, it was cold. I’m bummed. On to superior or johns.

My first time here the place could have more lighting I swore they were closed I also lived very close and never recognized it because of this :(However I ordered the steak bomb and it made up for everything. There was nothing bland about this sub when you bite into the sub there is no fatty strands or grissel which means alot to me. I got home took a few bites and had to call and say how pleased I was… Thumbs way up guys delish!!!

I think the best pizza in the north shore. Always consistent and I have always received it how I ordered it. Calzones are amazing. I like trying some pizzas that other places don’t have like duck sauce chicken pizza. My wife says it can be greasy but I like the taste of it. It has a sweet sauce that is always great. I have tried some of the fried side orders that you can’t get at most places like the sweet corn bites and they are a good compliment to the pizza.

Pizza is excellent. I’ve been stopping in there since the early 80’s. Very consistent with quality ingredients.

I love Facuis its my favorite place and my boyfriend agrees. The dough is sweet but it’s what makes them different. I wish their delivery was a little faster but overall I really enjoy the pizza. I think the pizza is good including the cheese and the chicken fingers. I like the way its shaped and cut.

Got a small buffalo chicken pizza and it honestly tasted like it was a uncooked frozen pizza. Highly disappointed

Back for some buffalo chicken. Gentleman on the phone that took my order was very friendly and bubbly. Older woman with glasses who took care of me when I came to pick up my food was extremely rude. Walked in and she said«yeah.» I said I’m picking up and she just stared at me. And she then again said«yeah, what you picking up.» Mind you she was talking to me from the kitchen area. Not very welcoming and not very clear about what she was asking me. She was not very kind. Rude enough to make me write this review. Work on the customer service. The younger girl who usually works I’d much more attentive and polite

I’d give this place NEGATIVESTARS if I could!!! I figured since they have been around for 43 years, they would be good. WOW… I was totally incorrect!!! The pizza was delivered cold, the slices were cut in an odd way, that’s my 9 month old son could have done a better job. The crust had an oddly sweet taste to it. I was actually being lazy because Santarpio’s doesn’t deliver and this place does. Next time I’ll just get in my car and go to Santarpio’s.

AS a poor grad student I often eat what my internship feeds me.(Yes, meals are part of the deal.) Sometimes those meals are downright gross and sometimes they order giant pizzas from Fauci’s. They make and deliver giant 28 inch pizzas that are pretty good. First be aware that the sauce is sweet. It’s not as sweet as Luigi’s high fructose corn syrup sauce nor is it as sweet as Little Italy’s sauce. It’s slightly sweet, like someone spilled a tablespoon of sugar into the jar of sauce. The dough is clearly hand tossed and is also sweet. The sweet dough chars up into a nice crust around the edges. The pies were all topped with an appropriate amount of cheese and various toppings and cooked until golden brown around the edges. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much. At least one of my coworkers said she didn’t like it due to the sweet sauce but I liked it a lot when compared to other sweet sauce pizzas in the area. The sauce was just right and the crust clearly stole the show. Crispy and chewy, slightly sweet and perfectly balanced with the cheese and veggies. I’m considering stopping here on occasion to bring home a pie. I cannot speak to the customer service or lack thereof. the delivery guy was nice enough but I didn’t talk to him. There are a lot of other reviews that reference bad customer service when going in for pizza or calling.

Im very sad to write this review. We have been ordering takeout from fauci’s a couple times a month for years. However last night will be our last time. The girl working was extremely rude. She accused me of using a stolen debit card and asked for my ID to «check the signature.» It was a very over the top approach and I was embarrassed by the way she yelled this in front of other customers. I am a regular customer, and would never have a stolen card in my possession! When I finally left after expressing that I was offended and displeased, she continued to yell at me as I walked to my car. Thankfully a nice customer held the door for me as I carried my large order during this unwarranted public shaming. The only reason for one star is that my brownie was delish. But honestly, the pizza has gone downhill along with the rude employee. That unique sweet flavor is what we love about fauci, but the sauce last night was bitter and weird tasting. This used to be my favorite pizza, but not anymore. We will stick to Superiors from now on!

Yesterday something happened that i never expected. The Bruins were playing and it was a biggggggg game. A group of about ten were getting together and i decided to make a Lasagne… 4HOURS of work, prepping the ingredients, putting it together and cooking it with garlic bread and the extras. A buddy of mine picked up a large Fauci’s Calzone on the way… my first thought was YUCK… i hate Calzone but of course i kept my mouth shut. A big pocket of boring dough crammed full of ingredients and baked. i never order them because honestly i hate them. They opened the cover and i was intrigued. it wasn’t a big pocket and at first look, it looked like a double crust stuffed pizza or something. i had a piece and… honestly i was hooked. To say it was perfect would be an understatement. i had about 4 pieces of it… FAR more than my share but i couldn’t help it. yes it was that good and that perfectly cooked. Best of all, the dough wasn’t boring and tasteless. it has a hint of sweetness(NOT overpowering sweet… but a hint) and was the perfect ratio of ingredients and dough. i still HATE calzones… unless they are from Fauci’s. i’m going to order one this week to keep in the fridge for snacking or a quick meal. i could have cared less about the perfect Lasagne i made… the Fauci’s Calzone was the hit of the party… and i made sure i grabbed the last corner of it on the way out the door. i am a tough critic but this was a WELLDESERVED5 Stars. Order one. you will NOT be disappointed. (on a side note He ordered a «meat calzone» which is a collection of the various cold cuts they serve… with the perfect ratio of cheese)
