It is not the same as it was when run by «Bennie». Gino Puzzo is ruining a local business that has been around for many yrs.
My family used this company when Bennie ran the show and there was no problem.
This time Gino Puzzo did not show up for the scheduled move time. Had to leave messages for Gino and when he did call back he stated they were at another job and that I would be moved later that day!
WHAT???
The men were NOT respectful nor polite but used profanity while in my home and out. Yelling to one another and cursing and argumentative. And yes I did speak up.
Did not handle my items with care.
Job was not completed and these men were a disgrace!
Had to hire another company last minute because of Gino Puzzo.
Moving is stressful enough! Hire professionals and steer clear of this one truck company. Bennie would be so ashamed of what occurred!!!

We used these guys today and they were amazing! They were fast and super efficient. They never just hung around, no breaks nothing. Just extremely hard working crew. Would use them again for sure. Well worth every penny! Oh and they are super respectful as well.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! We recently did, choosing them because they have been around for years so we assumed them to be trustworthy and we were ROBBED of $ 1,400 cash which was tucked away in a purse in my bedroom closet. I caught one of their employees whom I later found out has a criminal record of drugs standing in the doorway of my closet. When I realized they were starting to put the bedroom furniture in that room I went to remove the money out of the closet but when I brought the purse to the kitchen the wristlet that it was in was unzipped and the money gone. Just fair warning to anyone thinking of using them… DON’T! The clincher is I went to stop payment on the check I gave them when the bank opened the next morning and they had already cashed the check!!! GUILTY!!!
