Troy has been doing my tattoo work for close to 10 years now and there is no way I would have anyone else tattoo me. He has great artistic vision and is capable of designing a tattoo from start to finish by just using freehand. The office atmosphere is very chill & laid back but at the same time, professional. Also, at no time does has he ever forgotten to explain the aftercare instructions and even will tell you to contact him if any questions arise. I consider Troy the best at his craft in my personal opinion. Thanks Troy.

Juli Moon is AMAZING. She has over 30 years as a licensed professional decorative tattoo artist and studio owner, and she is also a master at the art of permanent makeup. Whether you’re seeking a beautiful custom decorative piece or looking to regain confidence after a mastectomy, Juli can help. She is so kind and amazingly gentle and will you put you at ease the moment you meet her. She has two studio spaces, located conveniently to both New Hampshire and Massachusetts in Boston’s North Shore. One where you will find various excellent artists including the wonderful and extremely talented Troy Talmadge and licensed professional piercer and artist William Shields, who I have received several piercings from and who always does an amazing job! Also Hector, John Dor-​Z a and Chris ‘Spugs’, who are all great artists and talented, nice guys. Hector is bilingual as well. Juli’s other space is where you’ll primarily find her. Her studio space is clean, quiet and filled with personal touches, all calming and beautiful. She will work with you to create your masterpiece, or gently apply the permanent makeup that can restore your confidence. I would highly recommend booking an appointment at Juli Moon Studio.

The tattoo I got came out great but don’t bother making an appointment with them. They had me sitting in the waiting room for an hour. My appointment was set for 10:00 they didn’t even take me into the room until 11:00 and didn’t start the tattoo until fifteen minutes after that.

I had my eyeliner tattoo done there by William. I’m very happy with the results. I’m glad I decided to get this done. He did a great job, exactly how I wanted it. I was very nervous. He was patient and kind. Comforting music was played in the background. The staff was friendly. The place was clean. It’s very decorative there. He gave thorough instructions. I would definitely recommend them and I have to some of my customers at my work. Five star! Parking is ample.

My wife had contacted the studio again with a response of «I’m sorry but you’re exaggerating what happened»… Again this isn’t really about the studio but rather the Artist who went out of his way to be rude. By the way if you want a tattoo that doesn’t look 45 years old as soon as it’s finished pick Troy. I have a tattoo that is 12 years old that he did that still looks as good as the day I got it. Hectors tattoo looks like I’ve had it for 60 years. Not an exaggeration…

never wasting time or money in this studio EVER AGAIN.
Make sure if your trying to book threw here you know it will be weeks/​months before you can see ANYONE that is worth a damn. Make sure you know they want a deposit up front (They fail to tell us so) so our apt with troy was cancelled and we were re-​booked with a newer artist.
And whatever you do DONT BOOK WITH HECTOR. My tattoo looks 10 years old (done this past year) And he blew my husband off an entire appointment!
Also, they will delete any negative recommendation you leave on there FB.

Juli Moon studio is amazing. The quality of work that comes out of here from all of the artists is unsurpassed. I’m currently working with Sharonn and she is phenomenal. She took my idea and created this custom piece for me that is unbelievable. Not only is she a great artist but she is such a patient and caring soul. Seriously, I’ve had three sessions with her and during my second one I felt really ill and had to stop several times and not once did Sharonn make me feel bad about it. She also plays this amazing music that totally relaxes you, were it not for the fact that I have a needle in my back I’d probably fall asleep…
Do yourself a favor and skip the sketchy tattoo places and visit Juli Moon’s.

Juli is an amazing artist. While I haven’t had any work from her in over 15 years, I still love the work she has done on me with the same love that I had on the days I got it. No buyers remorse here! I wish I could say that about all my work! I saw her in her shop in Seabrook. I always get compliments on the work that Juli did. It’s experience to be tattooed by Juli… it will change your life.
She will work with you to realize your dream and you will walk away happy. She is meticulously clean and safe too.

Juli Moon’s it the epitome of a mystical tattoo shop! I’ve been a big fan of Juli Moon’s designs and drawing of fairies since I was young. She used to own a tattoo shop in NH before tattoos were legal in MASS.
The studio is located in an office building with plenty of parking. You can tell where her studio is because of the moons and crystals hanging in the upstairs windows. As you walk up the stairs to the studio, you notice a trail of glitter and magical decorations beginning to appear and lead you into the studio. The waiting room is beautiful, and you should SEE the amazing mermaid painted on Sharon’s wall!
I had an old tattoo that I was unhappy with. I went to a woman names Sharon Bradbury that works at Juli Moon because she did a nice little cover-​up for my sister. She was very, very nice during my consultation and helped me develop a design for my cover-​up that I was really happy with!
I went from having an ugly little pink and purple elf on a magic mushroom on my lower back, to having an giant stunning mystical blossoming cherry tree on my back! Sharon did a great job of covering the tattoo I hated and integrating her design into a tattoo I still liked. The results are a really unique and eye-​catching design that I get complements on it all the time!
It took several sessions to complete my tattoo (my pain tolerance is only so much, afterall) and I got a chance to chat with Sharon a lot. She is a really kind, creative person. She can make you laugh and is easy to relax around– but she also can sense when you need to zone out and be silent to work through any pain (she’s cool like that). At some points I was kind of a wiggly wimp and she did a great job of not getting mad at me & not screwing the tattoo up! ;)
If you want a really, really, beautiful pieces with any kind of detail (including cover-​up others tell you can’t be done) then I suggest Sharon at Juli Moon!
