PPB worked to repair damage to two rooms, a stairway, windows, and entryway/​foyer caused by ice. PPB did excellent work. There was a minor touch-​up to be done after the last crew (plasterers – beware if they use the same crew) left, and after a delay, PPB took care of it, leaving behind a repair/​renovation of our house that we are pleased with.
11÷9÷15 — update: Because we were pleased with the work done, we contacted PPB about giving us an estimate for another job, and this was very disappointing. After numerous inquiries and two promises from PPB that they would get back to us within a day or two — stretching out for more than a month — they finally said they didn’t have time to do the job. So, we lost a month of time when we could have been sourcing other contractors. Shame on us for waiting. Upshot, they get 5 stars for quality of work, but have lost us as customers because of poor response to our follow up request for a simple yes/​no answer.
