I was very pleased with Richie «The Bug Man» Bozarjian Pest Control, he was prompt and explained everything to me in detail. Gave me a very reasonable price. Richard also did follow up calls to make sure I was pleased with everything. Highly recommend !!!

Rich did a professional and thorough job both inside and outside. Great service and he was able to explain exactly where and what the chemicals did to fix the ant problem. He was very careful to hide the product out of site so my 4yr old isn’t able to find it! I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a qualified exterminator.

This dude is the bessst. Had some unhelpful pest guys in the past, but Richie had us pest-​free within one super-​thorough visit. Very sweet and hard-​working dude who takes his job very seriously.

Richie was at my door less than 24 hours after I called. He would have been there even sooner– he offered to come by the exact same day I called, but I was at work. Was not expecting such a speedy turnaround time!
I called him to take care of one sole hornets nest, which he promptly did, but he generously offered to put in preventative measures in every nook and cranny on that side of our house.
He also took a look at our surrounding fence and shed, saw some evidence of a bees nest here and there, and offered to take care of those too. He said he wanted us to be able to enjoy our backyard and pool over the summer without having to worry. Talk about going the extra mile!
He told us to call again if there were any more signs of unwanted pests, and he’d come take of them. Great piece of mind.
Arrived on time, took the time to explain everything he was doing, reasonably priced, and couldn’t be more friendly and polite. We’ve found our new Bug Man!

He’s known as Richie the Bug Man, and he guarantee’s to get rid of your pests, in my case carpenter ants. Friendly enough, over the phone he told me that he would locate the nest inside the house by making some small holes into the wall which I had no problem with. Then he said he would place bait around the house and come back in 3 – 4 weeks. He said that the ants will get worse before they get better.
He charged $ 350 to spend 15 minutes at my house applying this gel to various cracks and openings. Then he went outside and made one feeble attempt to dig a hole at my foundation to find the nest. He never drilled any holes in the wall to locate the nest. 4 weeks go by, no Richie, and the house is filling up with ants. I call him up and, after several days he comes back to my house for 5 minutes putting more gel onto the cracks. 5 weeks, 6 weeks, still got ants. I call and leave a message that we still have ants and if he can’t solve the problem, refund me some of the money so I can get someone who can. Of course, I never hear from him again. I thought that by going with a local guy, who knew the bugs of the area, instead of Orkin etc. I would be better off, obviously not.
