Came here to pick up a certain Kiehls product without having to go downtown… I walked in and it being my first time had to search for the Kiehls section, I finally found what I was looking for and went to the register. At the register there’s 3 people standing there two with their backs towards me and three other people on the floor standing there looking at nothing, not sure why so many people the place was dead. So you would think with all those helping hands someone would ask if I found everything ok? If I had any questions? No, the guy rang me up and hAnded me the eye cream while he chewed his gum in my face… No bag??? So now I’m supposed to walk around holding eye cream? I paid $ 36 for eye cream your company can’t give me a plastic bag? No wonder why the Burlington mall location closed.

A Bluemercury I actually like? I’m shocked. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I couldn’t believe I was in Bluemercury. No Shiseido at this location, unfortunately, which is what I was looking for, but still a good selection of products. I’m just still in shock over the kind, polite staff.

Anne gave me the best facial I have ever had! There is a reason why she won Best Facialist for Boston back in 2010! The store carries great products! Unfortunately, the products are expensive! I feel like I can never leave this store without spending at least $ 100 but I’m willing to buy good products for my face! I just wish there was someway I could be notified about store events. It seems that because it’s part of a corporate company that there is no way to sign up for store specific newsletter or a Facebook page.
